Founded by Júnia Araújo, a nurse with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector, the company combines technical knowledge, practical management experience, and a track record in projects focused on quality of care, patient safety, risk management, and continuous improvement.
Throughout her professional career, Júnia has participated in the implementation and management of initiatives aimed at reducing care-related risks, strengthening the safety culture, developing multidisciplinary teams, and improving organizational processes.
Their background includes a degree in Nursing and specialization in Quality Management, Patient Safety, and Risk Management, alongside continuous professional development in improvement methodologies, performance indicators, leadership, and healthcare governance.
JRFA was founded with the purpose of sharing this experience to support healthcare institutions in achieving sustainable and measurable results.
